Create an LPA today

We prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) so the people you trust can make decisions if you cannot. Clear documents, guided signing, and optional registration with the Office of the Public Guardian.

Professionally Supported.

Personally Yours.

A Lasting Power of Attorney lets you choose who can make decisions if you lose capacity, helping to avoid delays, disputes, and costly court applications. It gives your chosen attorneys clear legal authority that doctors, banks, and care providers will recognise, so care and finances can continue without interruption. You can record your values and preferences so decisions reflect you, reducing stress for your family at difficult times.

“LPA’s are for adults of any age. Accidents and illness do not give any warning. If you lose capacity, even for a short period of time, it’s good to know that someone you trust has legal authority to make decisions for you.”
