Print & Delivery Service Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the Service

The Print & Delivery Service is an optional administrative service providing printing, preparation, and secure logistics support for approved estate-planning documents.

2. Approval Requirement

The service may only be provided once the client has confirmed in writing that all documents are approved and ready for execution.

3. Scope of Service

The service includes:

  • Printing and collation of approved documents

  • Preparation of signing instructions

  • Provision of secure return options (postal or courier)

The service does not include legal advice, document amendments, or responsibility for execution errors.

4. Return Methods

Clients may choose between:

  • A tracked pre-paid postal return, or

  • A courier collection arranged on their behalf

Costs vary depending on the selected return method and will be confirmed prior to payment.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for:

  • Correct signatures and dates

  • Proper witnessing

  • Sealing documents prior to return

Any reprints required due to execution errors may incur additional charges.

6. Third-Party Providers

Postal and courier services may be provided by approved third-party providers operating under confidentiality and data-protection obligations consistent with our policies.

7. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is calculated based on document type, quantity, and selected return method.
Payment must be made in full before the service is arranged.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Once printing has commenced, the service is non-refundable.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the administrative provision of the service. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by postal or courier providers, or by incorrect execution by the client.
