Our business
iTrust121 is a UK-based professional services business providing estate-planning, trust-drafting, and related governance services. Our activities are advisory, administrative, and professional in nature and are carried out entirely within the United Kingdom.
We do not operate manufacturing facilities, overseas operations, or labour-intensive supply chains.
Our supply chains
Our supply chain is limited and low-risk. It consists primarily of:
professional advisers (including regulated legal and tax professionals),
regulated service providers,
technology, software, and IT service providers,
standard office and administrative services.
We do not engage suppliers in high-risk sectors or jurisdictions associated with modern slavery concerns.
Employment and working practices
All staff and contractors engaged by iTrust121:
work voluntarily,
are paid in accordance with applicable UK employment and tax laws,
have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
We are committed to fair treatment, equal opportunity, and ethical employment practices.
Due diligence and risk assessment
Given the nature of our business and supply chain, the risk of modern slavery within our operations is considered low. Nevertheless, we take reasonable steps to ensure that:
suppliers and partners operate lawfully and ethically,
any concerns raised are taken seriously and investigated appropriately,
we avoid knowingly engaging with organisations that tolerate or enable modern slavery.
