Your protection and wider estate planning

Review your planning before the 2027 changes

You arranged the protection. Now make sure it still reaches the people you intended.

From 6 April 2027, most unused pension funds and pension death benefits will also be brought within an individual’s estate for Inheritance Tax purposes.

If your estate is affected, outdated or incomplete planning could mean:

  • More of your estate falling within the scope of Inheritance Tax
  • Your family receiving less than you intended
  • Your pension, Will, beneficiaries and protection no longer working together as intended
  • Planning opportunities being missed before the rules change

This short review helps us establish whether your AssureLife policy and wider arrangements may need attention.

No obligation. An iTrust121 adviser will only contact you about the review you request.
